Through the contact form we collect only the data voluntarily provided by the user, namely:

• full name,
• message content.

This website does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Data submitted through the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry sent and any further communication related to it.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (actions taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into an agreement) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller, consisting in responding to the inquiry).

4. Recipients of Data

Messages sent via the contact form are delivered using the Resend service (Resend, Inc.), which acts as a data processor on our behalf solely for the technical purpose of sending e-mail messages. Resend does not use the transferred data for its own purposes.

Data is not shared with other entities for marketing, sales, or advertising purposes.

As a result of using the Resend service, data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfer is carried out with an adequate level of data protection, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

5. Data Retention Period

Data submitted through the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and is not stored in any separate database. Messages remain in the controller's mailbox until manually deleted. The Resend service may retain technical logs related to message delivery for a limited period in accordance with its own retention policy.

The data subject has the right to:

• erase their data,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), Poland.
